30 Apr Sharjah fire engulfs industrial area
Several eyewitnesses and residents reported a massive fire in one of the industrial areas of Sharjah on Friday 27th April.
According to them, the thick smoke was seen from a distance away and seemed to be coming from the Sharjah industrial area.
Tasmiyah Anwer, was working out at the gym when she noticed lots of smoke in the sky from the window.
George M, another resident, was driving from Sharjah to Dubai around 2.30 pm when he saw the thick smoke.
Afsha Noori, who lives in Abu Hail, could see the smoke from her apartment’s window. She reported that it was coming from the direction of Mamzar area and Sharjah.
