11 Apr National Fire Protection Association establishes NFPA Global Solutions
The National Fire Protection Association® (NFPA) announced the establishment of NFPA Global Solutions – a new corporation that will offer compliance solutions, digital products, and advisory services that go beyond the traditional NFPA products and services.
In addition, they announced the creation of NFPA Global Advisors, a new business line that will help governments and companies worldwide improve safety by implementing the NFPA Fire & Life Safety Ecosystem.
This system of safety will be expanded in each area outlined in the ecosystem cogs to further the NFPA mission through acquisitions and new offerings to tackle persistent and emerging challenges.
NFPA Global Solutions will be led by Carlos Correia, who will oversee the entity’s growth, including acquisitions, innovation, and scaling within related sectors. Keith Williams and Michael Wallace have been appointed as independent board members.
The NFPA Global Solutions aims to aid companies in demonstrating compliance with standards and regulations, promoting innovation, safety, and acceptance in the marketplace. They will also introduce digital products to assist NFPA customers and stakeholders in mitigating risks, enhancing safety, and creating operational efficiency.
NFPA Global Advisors will offer services to help governments and companies establish and/or improve their systems of safety. They will work with those entities to create action plans around each cog of the NFPA Fire & Life Safety Ecosystem, with the overall objective of increasing safety for people and property.
Overall, the NFPA Global Solutions and NFPA Global Advisors will help the NFPA mission to support customers and stakeholders in enhancing fire, life, and electrical safety in alignment with the NFPA Fire & Life Safety Ecosystem.
