Kuwait firefighters put out fire in Mina Abdullah

The Kuwait General Fire Brigade and Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) have calmed a fire that broke out in Mina Abdullah, in the south of Kuwait.

The fire erupted at docked boats, with four squads being needed to douse the flames. The KFF said in a statement that the central operations department notified the squads in Mina Abdullah, Umm Al-Haiman and Al-Ahmadi, to rush to the scene and contain the blazes that were raging in a number of boats. The flames that were raging were contained after intensive efforts by the firefighters.

No one was injured and an investigation has been conducted.
