26 Jan Dubai launches fire safety laboratory to certify fire safety in construction
A new government lab to test construction products and materials for fire safety has been launched in Dubai.
The Emirate Safety Laboratory will conduct tests for fire resistance, as well as provide certifications. The new lab is thought to be a new benchmark in fire safety not just for UAE but for the middle east too.
Dubai Civil Defence also showcased the Emirates Safety Laboratory at the recent Intersec show in Dubai, held last week.
