11 May Vimpex to showcase new fire alarm system at FIREX
Leading fire alarm manufacturer Vimpex will take the opportunity at FIREX to showcase its latest range of alarms and products. In addition to their Identifire and Fire-Cryer ranges, the manufacturer will also demonstrate their evacuation and alarm sounders, beacons and system accessories.

Vimpex will showcase their new Identi-Cryer, which is a simple lockdown and other emergency warning alarm system solution for public buildings, schools and offices amongst others. Identi-Cryer provides clear, unambiguous verbal messages that describe the state of alarm to occupants, required actions and, in some cases even coded messages. Identi-Cryer requires no special wiring, is easily retro-fitted and has 7 user-definable messages from a library of hundreds.
Also being demonstrated by the expert Vimpex team is the new StroBell device. The device combines a fire alarm bell alongside a visual indicator and is ideal for installations that require both a traditional bell tone and a visual alarm.
Vimpex’s new Wide Voltage Relay will also be available and it means installers need to carry only one relay. Fully compatible with the Identifire range it’s available flush or surface mounted, with a common fit and form and Vimpex can advise on customising options including text and logos.
