Telgian Fire Safety has appointed Chris Higgins as Vice President, Customer Service. Higgins brings nearly 30 years’ experience to the role and a specialism in team building, leadership development and maximizing the use of employee engagement strategies.
In his new position he will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the company’s customer support department. He will also be tasked with developing new strategies and initiatives to maintain the very highest levels of customer satisfaction possible.

Earlier this month Telgian’s Engineering & Consulting arm appointed a new Regional Practice Leader, Fire Protection Engineering.
