Intersec 2022 offered fire safety solutions including accreditation certificates

Intersec 2022, which concluded on 19th January, showcased the leading industry specialists across emergency services; including fire.

The three day event, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, also focused on issues such as cybersecurity, AI technology as well as fire safety and prevention. The 23rd edition was held under the patronage of Shaikh Mansour Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

UAE-based suppliers in the construction industry were offered the opportunity to get their products tested for fire safety at a new government lab, officials said at the Intersec trade show in Dubai. This will enable them to get an accreditation certificate which has been made mandatory for the construction industry.

Alex Nicholl, Messe Frankfurt Middle East’s Head of Intersec, said: “The turnout for this year’s event, against the backdrop of the ongoing pandemic, has been phenomenal and serves as a reminder of the industry’s strength. This combined with the strategic partnerships formed its testament to the importance of Intersec. We take great pride in the fact that our stakeholders have once again chosen Intersec as their preferred platform of choice to shape the future of their businesses.”
