Fire breaks out in Tehran’s industrial zone

On the 4th of August 2020 a fire broke out in the Tehran, Iran’s capital.

The flames ripped through three warehouses in Jajrud, around 25 kilometres outside of the capital at around 7am.

The fire affected warehouses used to store manufacturing goods, including wood and leather.

No casualties were reported in the incident.

This fire is the latest in a series of incidents reported within the last month in Iran.

Iranian officials have categorically denied reports of “foreign involvement” in the incidents.
