The rising number of fire incidents in chemical plants and residential complexes has spurred the fire safety market in Kuwait. Government is imposing strict regulations and making it mandatory to install upgraded fire detection and suppression systems in commercial, residential and especially industrial sectors, as fire on oil facilities can have the most dangerous consequences for the environment and human health. These facts highlight the need for fire safety strategies and technologies to be reviewed in the country and motivate interest in new approaches to fire protection and emergency response in the entire region.
