A comprehensive approach to Façade Fire Mitigation

International experts from Intertek, Warringtonfire, Siderise, BRE, Design Confidence, RICS, Saint Gobain, WSP and many more are joining hands for a virtual best practice approach to Façade Fire Mitigation. Presented in a series of four Modules the initiative is supported by ICC and ASTM for professional development of construction professionals as part of the Safety Design in Buildings Campaign.

The series of modules is designed to logically address façade fire mitigation. The first module will address fire resistance, and the second reaction to fire. These modules tackle the two basic principles of fires and how they affect facades. 

The third module puts these together and looks more holistically at façade fire propagation. The last module reviews consultancy processes and inspections.
