28 Jun Dubai Civil Defence Act Fast to Extinguish Warehouse Fire
On June 6th the Dubai Civil Defence reported a fire in a warehouse that stores flammable chemicals in Dubai’s Al Quoz industrial area.
Photos and videos showed thick black smoke rising over Al Quoz.
The fire was reported at 11.09am on June 6th but firefighters acted fast to be on site by 11.13am, and have the blaze under control by 12.40pm.
Teams from three stations and other first-responders helped extinguish the fire in under 2 hours, no injuries or deaths were recorded.
