07 Feb Dubai Airports seeks new heroes
Dubai Airports is looking to inspire more people to enrol on its state-of-the-art emergency services training programme, and start a career at one of the world’s busiest international airports.
The recruitment drive is calling for Emiratis to join the programme which includes training from the Higher College of Technology and an intensive firefighting training programme provided by the International Fire Training Centre – Serco at Dubai World Central airport.
Dubai Airports has one of the largest airport fire services departments globally, operating across two airport sites. The department is well equipped, including a fleet of top-spec vehicles, a mobile incident command vehicles as well as rescue stairs at each location.
Serving firefighters will have responsibility for safeguarding the safety and wellbeing of the millions of passengers who use the airports.
