14 Nov Bosch Building Technologies plans to acquire Protec Fire and Security Group Ltd
Bosch Building Technologies and Protec Fire and Security Groups Ltd have signed agreements for the former to acquire the latter.
The acquisition is still subject to approval by the relevant anti-trust authorities and the purchase price will not be disclosed.
Protec is one of the leading systems integrators for security and fire detection in the UK. It employs around 1,100 staff scattered across nine locations.

The acquisition will help to strengthen the joint market position within the security and fire detection technology sector.
